Job Summary

Manage clients to ensure smooth business integration and drive business growth.

General Responsibilities

• Manage departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocations to ensure efficient resource usage.
• Review business and marketing plans with clients to achieve business objectives and profitability.
• Lead business integration processes for new clients to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Monitor profit and loss statements and expenditures to minimize costs and risks.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients in collaboration with the Business Development team; manage contract renewals.
• Address operational issues and service complaints from clients.
• Lead business communication and review meetings with clients' management teams.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and DKSH to maintain relationships and maximize client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain proactive relationships between DKSH and clients.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Strong understanding of FMCG industry, business, and products.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Proven project management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of analysis methods.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Proficient in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advanced Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Tables) are an advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
