Job Responsibilities :

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven recommendations
  • Take ownership of project planning and execution, ensuring progress is tracked, risks are managed, and deliverables are completed on time
  • Lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and align on solutions
  • Create clear documentation of processes, workflows, and analysis findings
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and support business growth
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and tools primarily in Google Sheets or Looker Studio (as and when needed), with an emphasis on clarity, automation, and scalability


Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (GSheets) and Excel; knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with incomplete or messy data sets; strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; capable of translating complex findings into simple, actionable insights
  • A curious mindset and willingness to ask questions, explore new approaches, and challenge assumptions
  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous, or startup-like environments is a strong advantage
