Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Branding within the Marketing Division, the Senior Executive, Brand & PR plays a key role in driving brand development, PR initiatives, and integrated marketing communications that align with the company’s vision and business objectives. The role requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. A self-starter with a can-do attitude, able to work independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
Public Relations & Media Management
- Responsible for supporting and implementing full year brand and PR plans from planning to execution that align with business objectives to increase brand awareness, create consumer value, and drive brand affinity amongst consumers and media partners.
- Develop and execute public relations strategies to promote corporate image and key initiatives.
- Focus on the timely implementation of Marketing and PR Plans (ATL & BTL); collaborating with the commercial and product teams to ensure the plan is in line with the brand vision, strategy plan, and business objectives. Working closely with Sales and Product Planning Teams on BTL-related quantities, outlet allocations, purchases, forecasts, and pipeline management.
- Review and analyze brand, PR and campaign performances against goals and provide recommendations to meet said goals.
- Align with stakeholders on marketing and PR activations and plans.
- Support in the development of the Marketing Mix (Media Planning, Go-To-Market Strategy, POSM Developments, Brand Design Developments, Dealer outlets Activation).
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for portfolios.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and external business partners to ensure the timely and efficient execution of plans.
- Support in the vehicle/fleet management for media test drives and take on the role as the key media liaison for PR agency and media partners on test drives.
- Develop and execute public relations strategies to promote corporate image and key initiatives.
- Assist in branding, marketing efforts and ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in assisting team in Brand and PR development, plans and management, preferably in the automotive retail industry.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, communications strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in written communications, digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sustainability and promoting eco-friendly products.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Sensitivity to numbers to analyze data and create accurate forecasts.
