Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring the right products are delivered to customers.
• Manage and oversee overall warehouse activities, including inventory accuracy with integrity.
• Prepare SOPs and work guides for warehouse processes. Enforce proper housekeeping and compliance with safety, environmental, and health standards.
• Liaise with customer service and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries meeting customer satisfaction in terms of quantity and quality.
• Manage warehousing facilities, equipment, and local license requirements.
• Ensure billing and related procedures comply with ISO standards.
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse personnel through coaching, counseling, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize cost savings, efficiency, and productivity.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Logistics, or Warehousing Management.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse/distribution operations. Experience managing a 3PL facility is a must.
• Competence in inventory management.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with WMS and other MS software applications.
• Strong planning, inventory control, and data analytical skills.
• Ability to handle data and reports with good oral and written English skills; proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST as the candidate needs to liaise with our China office.
• Preferably an immediate starter or available within a short notice with own transport.
