A leading property development company seeks a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in Sales & Marketing to enhance stakeholder relationships and drive marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a diploma/bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of experience in the relevant sector, and proficiency in English and Mandarin. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
1. Stakeholder & Partnership Management:
(a) Property Agencies & Agents
· Lead and manage relationships with appointed property agencies and agents to optimize sales performance throughout the entire buyer journey—from booking, loan application, to conversion.
· Track agency performance and turnaround times.
(b) Financial Institutions & Mortgage
· Collaborate closely with banks and mortgage specialists to ensure smooth, timely financing processes for buyers.
· Proactively address and resolve any financing challenges in coordination with buyers, agencies, and financial institutions.
· Oversee the submission and approval processes of Kementerian Perumahan Dan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT), ensuring high approval rates and quick turnaround time.
· Maintain good relationships with key external partners and authorities.
· Liaise with KPKT on advertising and developer licensing (APDL) matters.
· Ensure timely application, issuance, and renewal of developer licenses and permits, maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Handle key group purchasers directly, including site visits, roadshows, and sales presentations.
· Support sales activities and promotions with financial partners and agents when needed.
· Work collaboratively with the marketing team to roll out initiatives that drive buyer interest and enhance brand visibility.
· Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's projects.
REQUIREMENTS
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
· At least 3-5 years of working experience in property/housing/banking sector or related field is required.
· Ability to commence work on short notice would be an advantage.
· Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
· Solid knowledge of marketing strategies and international sales channels.
· Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to liaise with clients from regions like Japan, China, and Hong Kong.
· Willing to travel outstation as required.
