Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a relevant field.
Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail Merchandising/Sales or wholesale Merchandising/Sales functions.
IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of ERP systems.
Language Skills: Business-level proficiency in English and the local language.
Execute the Regional Wholesale and Retail Merchandise functions for the respective business segment to achieve the desired Divisional and Business Unit mix, as set by the Regional Merchandising Director, ensuring a solid and sustainable future for the brand.
Deliver regional financial plans and support regional/global brand strategies to maximize sell-through results. The position focuses on Go-to-Market execution and planning.
