Your Talent

Your Mission

Execute the Regional Wholesale and Retail Merchandise functions for the respective business segment to achieve the desired Divisional and Business Unit mix, as set by the Regional Merchandising Director, ensuring a solid and sustainable future for the brand.

Deliver regional financial plans and support regional/global brand strategies to maximize sell-through results. The position focuses on Go-to-Market execution and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Merchandising Process: Implement regional product assortments aligned with global/regional directives to meet seasonal KPIs and provide relevant assortments for divisions and business units.
  2. Delivering KPIs: Execute merchandising plans to meet regional and divisional KPIs and objectives.
  3. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with sales, retail, and marketing teams to coordinate activities aligned with financial targets and strategic goals.
  4. GTM Planning: Support Go-to-Market planning to develop key account packages and segmentation strategies for maximum sell-through and KPI achievement.
  5. Market Intelligence: Provide feedback and market insights on brand performance and competition to support regional GTM efforts.
