A leading company in the insurance sector is looking for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in Graphic & Web Design to create stunning visual content for their digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and experience collaborating across teams to ensure brand compliance. This role requires strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and an understanding of user-centric design principles, with the opportunity to work on various digital projects.
Develop visual concepts, layouts, and designs for web and digital platforms.
Create and maintain website designs, ensuring a user-centric, visually appealing, and responsive experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to create brand-compliant marketing materials.
Design basic animations or interactive elements to enhance user engagement.
Ensure designs are aligned with the company’s Corporate Identity Guidelines.
Requirements
A recognized degree in Web, Graphic Design or similar field.
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Adaptability to evolving design trends and technologies.
Design Software Proficiency: Strong expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Web Design Tools: Experience with web design tools such as Figma or Canva.
UX/UI Design: Knowledge of user-centric design principles.
Responsive Design: Ability to design for mobile, tablet, and desktop formats is an advantage.
Animation/Video Editing: Familiarity with animation software (e.g., After Effects) or video editing tools.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
Prototyping Tools: Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools for interactive mockups.
Accessibility Standards: Familiarity with web accessibility best practices.
