IJM Corporation Berhad seeks a Digital Media Specialist to enhance its employer branding and internal communications. The role involves creating engaging content across platforms, managing campaigns, and collaborating closely with HR and Corporate Communications. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital media production.

Purpose
This role is a shared resource between IJM’s Group Human Resources and Corporate Communications departments. It supports HR’s employer branding and internal communications initiatives, while also contributing to IJM’s digital content strategy, brand storytelling and social media presence. The ideal candidate is digitally fluent, creative, and data-savvy — able to produce engaging visual and video content across platforms, and optimise it based on performance insights.
The role requires close collaboration with both departments and dotted-line reporting to Corporate Communications to ensure content consistency, brand alignment, and digital impact across channels.
