Job summary

A leading real estate development company in Malaysia seeks a credit administration officer. The ideal candidate will facilitate billing and collections while ensuring compliance with document processing deadlines. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a diploma/degree in finance or business administration.

Job description

To carry out all duties related to credit administration activities and ensure that the progressive billings are issued within the specified timeframe and payments to be collected as targeted.

To assist superior to achieve 70& of monthly target collection.

To follow up closely with purchasers, solicitors and bankers via phone calls, emails, letter or reminder letters.

To follow up closely with HQ to ensure that no delays in executions of documents.

To assist superior to send out the progress billings within 3 workings days upon receipts of architect certificate from Project Dept.

To Ensure printers, paper, letterhead, AR postage are all in order.

To assist superior to prepare loan reply letters and MOT for directors execution within 3 working days upon receipt of acting letter and/End financier’s letter of undertaking from the EF solicitor.

To ensure all documents are in order and the differential sums fully settled.

To assist superior to generate Clearance Memo within 3 workings day upon receipt of full settlement of outstations sum, interest waiver approved and contra from duly signed by the purchasers.

To follow up with the purchaser on outstanding sum payment & contra form.

To assist superior to process refund of excess payment and send to HQ within 5 workings days upon Clearance Memo generated.

To compile all supporting documents for refund.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.

At least 3 years and above working experience.

Good communicator and proactive.

Able to multitask.
