Requirements/Job Description:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, MYCOID, and MBRS system for online submissions to SSM.
Effective communication skills with internal and external parties.
A good team player capable of working independently.
Willing to travel.
Support and assist the Secretarial Department in all company secretarial duties, including statutory file maintenance and statutory compliance.
Prepare resolutions, meeting minutes, and other corporate secretarial documents.
Utilize MYCOID system for company incorporation, share allotments, and changes to directors, managers, and secretaries.
Prepare Annual Returns using the MBRS system.
Make announcements to Bursa Securities and participate in corporate exercises.
Liaise with auditors, share registrars, and other professionals.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing Board papers and post-meeting actions.
Assist in preparing drafts of the Annual Report, Circular to Shareholders, and relevant checklists.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by management or superiors.
