Senior Executive, Asset Management, Logistics (Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

This position will support the Asset Management department in formulating and executing asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of our assets.

• Compile, verify, organise, and analyse data of the Company’s properties/assets to consolidate and derive portfolio-level statistics.
• Present analysis on the current status of the portfolio and strategic implications for future growth at both micro and macro levels.
• Conduct research related to the real estate industry, REITs, macroeconomic trends, etc.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with numbers.
