Senior Executive - Accounts

• To handle full sets of accounts (monthly bank reconciliation, Petty Cash, AR, AP, and GL).
• Responsible for daily accounting activities.
• Prepare monthly management accounts with timely and accurate recording.
• Assist in monthly analysis reporting, cash flow forecast, budget, project costing.
• Organizing of account files and to ensure all financial records are maintained properly.
• Handling of SST and withholding submission.
• Reconciling Statement monthly, across all company accounts.
• Able to liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audit and tax computation.
• Liaise with bankers on the banking facilities (BA, TT, etc).

Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma in Accounting or partial professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA).
• 3 to 5 years working experience.
• Preferably with experience in trading and project accounts.
• Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
• Accounting software (Autocount).
