About the role

As a Senior Executive, Accounts, you will support the Senior Manager, Accounts in preparing full set accounts, managing cash flows, and ensuring timely payments for multi-phase property development projects. Responsibilities include budgeting, bank reconciliations, coordinating audits, and handling tax submissions. You will also assist with ad hoc financial tasks to ensure compliance and support the company’s financial operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare full set accounts for active & multiple phase property development companies on timely basis.
2. Monitor cash flows & ensure payments made on timely basis.
3. Liaise with auditors for statutory audit.
4. Submission of income tax estimates & company tax return.
5. Perform bank reconciliation & propose action plan to clear unreconciled items. Budgeting for multiple phase companies.
6. Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior & Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in related field.
2. Prepare full set accounts for active & multiple phase property development companies on timely basis.
3. Monitoring cash flows & ensure payments made on timely basis.
4. Liaise with auditors for statutory audit.
5. Submission of income tax estimates & company tax return.
6. Perform bank reconciliation & propose action plan to clear unreconciled items. Budgeting for multiple phase companies.
7. Experience in using IFCA Software is an added advantage.
