Job summary

Memoires Events Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a passionate designer to translate client briefs into impactful event visuals, including KV, LED backdrops, stage visuals, entrance arches and photowalls.

You will prepare artwork for digital and large-format printing, collaborate with Sales and Operations, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

A strong portfolio, 3-5 years of graphic design experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour composition, branding and visual storytelling.
• Experience in event design, large-format printing and production artwork is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of 3D design, SketchUp, Blender or other visualisation software will be an added advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• A strong design portfolio is mandatory.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and high-quality designs for corporate events, annual dinners, conferences, exhibitions and marketing campaigns.
• Design event key visuals (KV), LED backdrops, stage visuals, entrance arches, photowalls and promotional materials.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and large-format printing.
• Translate client briefs into creative concepts and professional design presentations.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure design consistency and project requirements.
• Prepare final artwork and production-ready files for suppliers and fabrication.
• Revise designs based on internal and client feedback.
