Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize production downtime. Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues and restore machines to normal operation quickly. Support daily production by providing front-line technical assistance and responding promptly to breakdowns. Analyze recurring failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve machine performance. Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and standard operating procedures. Maintain accurate maintenance records, spare parts usage, and equipment history for continuous improvement. Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering. Experience in semiconductor backend manufacturing (Assembly) preferred. Hands‑on exposure to die bond, wire bond or vision‑based equipment is an advantage. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, pneumatic diagrams, and machine manuals. Skills & Competencies Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, electronic, sensor, servo, vision, and motion control systems. Experience in preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and equipment qualification. Knowledge of PLC, HMI, servo drives, motors, vacuum systems, solid works drawings and ESD control. Familiar with cleanroom practices, safety standards, and semiconductor manufacturing discipline. Ability to analyze repeat failures, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement CAPA.
