Job summary

KT - Kinetics Technology in Malaysia is seeking an Environmental Engineer to join the Environmental Team on the Hydrogen Production Unit project in Pengerang, Johor. You will support environmental activities under the Environmental Leader, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.

The role requires a university degree or diploma, a CIDB Green Card, and at least 10 years' experience, preferably on Petronas projects in Pengerang.

Qualifications

CIDB Green Card is required.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Petronas projects in Pengerang, Johor preferred.
University degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

Develop and support environmental engineering activities in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
Prepare Environmental Studies, assessments and other environmental deliverables.
Ensure quality, accuracy and timely delivery of environmental documentation.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop sound and cost-effective solutions.
Utilize environmental software and simulation models to support project activities.
Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and project requirements.
Suggest improvements to departmental processes and efficiency.
Share lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on environmental regulations, technologies and engineering practices.
Assist Environmental Leader in achieving project objectives and schedules.
