Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Penang, Malaysia seeks a seasoned leader to manage the Advance Technology HW Components team, driving multi-disciplinary R&D and product development efforts.

You will guide work on Antenna, HW EE Platform, HW Simulation, Display & Imaging, and Hazloc, ensuring rigorous design and development processes and adherence to DFMEA/NPI practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience leading diverse R&D/product development teams.
• Familiar with DFMEA and NP I manufacturing.
• Flexible working hours; travel and relocation not required.
