Provide pre-sales technical consultation, product education, and after-sales support services to customers.
Negotiate sales and service contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company objectives.
Monitor and collect payments from customers after product delivery to ensure collection periods adhere to credit terms.
Build long-term partnerships with customers through networking to ensure business sustainability and high customer satisfaction.
Perform market analysis to support business planning.
