Job Description

In your new role, you will:

  1. Perform reliability assessment of wafer/package/module/system failure mechanisms with respect to standards and requirements.
  2. Define reliability requirements for qualification, including relevant process optimizations, design rules, and production screening measurements.
  3. Drive failure analysis and perform risk assessments for qualifications or manufacturing quality/reliability topics.
  4. Perform analysis for reliability lifetime prediction.
  5. Define, develop, deploy, and maintain a Quality Management System, Product Change Process, and systematic processes, methods considering standards like FMEA.
  6. Work with internal stakeholders to manage customer requirements and address customer issues/queries.
Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Material Science, or Engineering with 1 to 3 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of JEDEC and AEC Qualification standards.
  • Knowledge of reliability stress test methodologies and conditions.
  • Strong systematic problem-solving and statistical analysis skills.
  • Effective teamwork and excellent communication skills.
  • High productivity, passion, and a focus on personal development.
  • Good understanding of backend semiconductor manufacturing and packaging processes.
  • Experience handling product quality risk assessments, Material Review Board, and Complaint Analysis Requests.

Fresh graduates or those with 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
