Job description

Job Description:

  • Maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that QMS processes and procedures are communicated to and followed by all relevant teams.
  • Oversee quality control measures at each stage of the EPC project
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.
  • Supervise product testing and analysis to ensure that palm oil products meet established quality and safety standards.
  • Evaluate product quality and performance.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and quality regulations, environmental regulations, and other applicable industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance documentation.
  • Prepare and submit regular quality and compliance reports.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to establish and maintain high-quality standards for raw materials and equipment parts.
  • Conduct audits and evaluations where necessary.
  • Assist to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
  • Propose best practices and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver quality training programs for employees, including production and quality control teams.
  • Ensure that personnel are informed about quality standards and practices.
  • Manage the quality control team by providing guidance and support to team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree and relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in quality control and quality management, with at least [6 years] in a leadership role, preferably in the EPC industry or a related field.
