• To monitor project quality plan, work program, and assist the Project Manager in monitoring project cash flow & progressive claim preparation.
• Provide oversight in managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project from start-up through closeout and ensure that the owner’s expectations are met.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and monitor construction works at site & ensure site personnel follow company rules & regulations.
• Prepare quantities for variation order works and quotations.
• Ensure our installation, servicing, and/or maintenance works are according to drawing, contract specifications, and work schedule.
• Attend site progress meetings, coordination meetings, safety meetings, and site inspections.
• Attend valuation of progress claims with clients and/or consultants’ representatives.
• Ensure that the day-to-day operations of projects are transitioned effectively to Project Managers when work commences in the field.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing customer portfolio, including up-selling and cross-selling.
Job requirements and preferences:
• Prefer Mandarin speakers to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 2 years
• Basic understanding of air-conditioning knowledge and related HVAC spare parts
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
• Good attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Optimistic, eager to learn and grow
• Self-motivated with ambition
