What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage NPI (New Product Introduction) projects

Be the main point of contact for key customers

Work closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, production, quality, supply chain

Support business growth through costing, feasibility, and new opportunities

Gain exposure across multiple company sites, with potential involvement in cross-border projects

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field

️ Min. 3 years in project management or technical sales (manufacturing preferred)

Experience in handling quotations, pricing & project negotiations

Background in rubber or foam products is a plus

Must be able to work in Malaysia (no visa support)
