We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our team, focusing on NPI for defined product lines in the semiconductor Back End process. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and release of robust test programs to production, ensuring final test yield stability, continuous improvement, and smooth ramp-up in alignment with divisional goals.

Job Description

• Responsible for delivering test packages of NPI for defined Product Lines.
• Responsible for and drive final test yield stability and continuous improvement per assigned technology/package.
• Interface with DIV to ensure technical capabilities and stable ramp-up of new products.
• Support and drive BE productivity, ratio projects, and quality initiatives.
• Responsible for and drive robust test program release to production.
• Support FAR data acquisition, yield analysis, and 8D execution.
• Ensure SPO test program readiness and drive ES CT improvement.
• Interface with FrontEnd PE, Cluster & Business units on test/product relevant topics.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Mechatronics/Semiconductor Technology) or any other relevant engineering discipline.
• 1-3 years of working experience in the Semiconductor Industry.
• Basic understanding and practical experience of statistical data analysis, including probability theory, different probability distributions, and descriptive statistics.
• Knowledge in specific test platforms (e.g., RF, Digital, Power, Mixed Signal, Memory, etc.).
• Ability to drive and implement ratio improvements (test time, yield & OEE).
• Understanding of test platform roadmap & ATE configuration (for high parallelism or platform migration requirements).
• Capability to handle test program buy-off qualification independently.
• Basic test debugging skills.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
