SENIOR MOL PROCESS ENGINEER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish the process capability and the capacity/productivity model.
- Able to fully define and characterize the designated process.
- Define the PCP and improve critical process capability (as defined in the process control plan, product drawings/specification, and BOM).
- Fully understand the necessary controls, equipment, precautions, and setup parameters to meet the product specifications.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in the production process and implement yield improvement projects.
- Responsible for the process yields of the designated process and establish and implement all appropriate actions to improve the yields.
- Conduct gauge repeatability & reliability studies, correlation studies, and actions to improve both these capabilities. Generate reaction plans for OOC situations.
- Assist the manufacturing personnel in operator training, qualification, and improving operator utilization and productivity as well as inventory reduction.
- Communicate effectively with peers to enhance teamwork.
- Exhibit emotional intelligence.
- Drive continual improvement and effective use of resources.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Practice Risk-Based Thinking in planning and execution of tasks.
- Ensure compliance with ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, and applicable codes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or Master of Science/Engineering preferably majoring in Electronics, Photonics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related industry and in a mass production environment. Experience in a fiber optic transceiver manufacturing environment is an advantage. Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of a buddy, duration of learning, etc.
- Good computer literacy, especially in SPC-related applications.
- Strong data analytical skills with a hands-on working attitude.
- Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes in the business needs of the company.
- Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis, poka-yoke principles will be an added advantage.
SENIOR TEST ENGINEER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum: Master/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Materials/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in wire bond process, preferably in the area of high-speed devices >1GHz.
- Experience in MNC manufacturing environment, preferably in metal can/TO can manufacturing line.
- Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of a buddy, duration of learning, etc.
- Solid DOE and SPC experience.
- Good knowledge of FOL/semiconductor processes.
- Very good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment with people at all levels.
SENIOR PRODUCT ENGINEER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support and data analysis on product-related issues and product improvements (Cost and Yield).
- Handle new transceiver product transfers from NPI to mass volume production lifecycle.
- Prepare product engineering documentation and engineering-related changes with related revision changes.
- Support pilot manufacturing line in the assembly, testing, and evaluation of new products.
- Collaborate with R&D team and participate in the design, qualification, and implementation of new test processes.
- Develop and maintain a systematic debug guide documentation for responsible products.
- Acquire hands-on technical knowledge on products and test methodology as well as applications transferred from R&D.
- Independently complete the new product manufacturing process and inspection technical document output.
- Summarize typical scenarios and validation schemes of new product NPI trial-production and form NPI validation baseline.
- Drive efforts in product re-engineering, cost reduction, yield improvement, quality, and reliability improvement.
- Support and initiate ECOs, BOM changes, test processes, procedures, and specification modifications.
- Conduct data analysis and statistics pertaining to product performance and quality improvements.
- Engage customers, sales, and marketing with the customer qualification cycle.
- Provide technical support and analysis on product-related issues and RMA.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical, Communications, Mechatronics, or Applied Science in Physics.
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in product, test, or product transfers into the Production domain with a major in mechanical manufacturing/electronic engineering related or material.
- Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc.
- Good knowledge in BOM maintenance, statistical quality tools, and problem analysis.
- Understand basic test methodologies and be able to interpret/read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot product and test equipment issues and initiatives to drive performance goals.
- Experience on New Product (NPI) qualifications and transfer is an advantage.
- Experience working in PCBA, Semiconductor devices, IC fabrication manufacturing environment, and Product Testing.
