Job Description

In your new role, you will:

  • Perform analysis, tracking, and manage inventory on daily test wafer usage & cost.
  • Analyze capacity and resource planning for test wafer management.
  • Work with Finance and Planning teams on test wafer pricing & forecasting.
  • Collaborate with external vendors on reclaim wafer yield and specifications.
  • Initiate and coordinate improvement projects focusing on work efficiency & cost savings.
  • Understand all NPW processes and coordinate with other Module Processes for daily usage.
  • Ensure housekeeping practices are followed; review and propose improvements.
  • Uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) among all Operation Specialists.
Your Profile

You are best suited for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or engineering field.
  • Good communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of personnel, and a mature personality.
  • Growing ability to identify and resolve problems.
  • Experience interacting with highly qualified staff and exchanging complex information.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in swing shifts (either Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat, office hours).
