Senior Engineer Maintenance End Of Line

Accountable for the EOL Machine (Mold and Laser) Maintenance topics under his/her responsibility and leading the EOL Maintenance technicians.

Job Description

In your new role, you will:

1. Establish maintenance systems and methodologies for new and existing EOL equipment to ensure machines are maintained in optimal condition.
2. Ensure Maintenance KPIs such as OEE, MTBA, and spare part management are within the defined targets.
3. Lead the EOL maintenance team to drive machine stability and continuous improvement through predictive and preventive maintenance.
4. Improve equipment stability by analyzing machine data and executing improvement actions to sustain stability (e.g., MTBA).
5. Optimize equipment and automate processes through Intrinsic.
6. Enhance cycle time and machine productivity (e.g., OEE) through Equipment Engineering.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting Mold and Laser machines.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Systematic problem-solving skills (e.g., 3X5 Why, DMAIC, FTA, others).
