Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Operate and develop our Process Information Management System (PIMS) based on the AVEVA System platform.
- Collaborate with a dynamic, global team across AP, EU, and US regions.
- Provide support for over 10 facilities globally, specializing in Incident and Change Management.
- Act as an in-house consultant for PIMS.
- Support process and system consolidation.
- Create solution proposals and blueprints for change requests and project proposals.
- Manage IT projects across multiple Infineon production sites, primarily focusing on the Asia Pacific region.
- Deliver internal training sessions.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., VBScript) and SQL.
- Programming experience in a .NET environment for configuration and programming tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server OS.
- Knowledge of process control systems, SCADA systems, and IoT is advantageous.
- Experience in IT project management.
- Understanding of requirements engineering and/or business consulting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work during AP & EU business hours, including on-call support during critical periods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and proactive teamwork.
- Fluent in German and English, with confident communication and presentation skills.
