Responsible for the execution of equipment scheduled maintenance in a timely and comprehensive manner.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

• Support investigations into major equipment breakdowns and quality-related issues.
• Investigate and implement counter-measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns, thereby improving unscheduled downtime.
• Drive and oversee equipment maintenance activities, such as sustaining machine OEE performance and reducing machine downtime.
• Support SPO activities and TTI on new equipment setup and buyoff.

Your Profile

You are well-suited for this role if you have:

• A degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical, Material Science, Physics, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in the electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor processes, assertiveness, intercultural skills, strong leadership, and the ability to work independently.
• Experience coaching and supervising technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work regularly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
