To drive Die Bond/SMT planned maintenance systematically & methodically to ensure machine performance at optimal conditions. Execute equipment improvements and governance.

Job Description

In your new role, you will:

  1. Drive and establish planned maintenance strategies to achieve high availability, good reliability, and appropriate quality performance.
  2. Lead the planned maintenance teams and technicians to perform scheduled maintenance timely and thoroughly, and define parts lifespan and consumption.
  3. Define, pilot, implement, and cascade Advanced Process Control key metrics at the equipment platform.
  4. Manage maintenance costs to sustain equipment performance.
  5. Develop and implement equipment governance processes and frameworks.
  6. Promote a culture of equipment improvement through maintenance routines and engineering solutions, utilizing training, systematic troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Your Profile

You are best suited for this role if you have:

  • Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Die Bond and SMT processes is a plus.
  • A broad background in mechanical engineering / manufacturing, with extensive knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
  • Familiarity with the latest equipment and technology in the industry, with the ability to upgrade or improve existing equipment to meet business needs.
  • Experience with SMT equipment.
  • Ability to build and lead a high-performance team that operates efficiently, effectively, and cost-effectively.
