Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers and promote TPS solutions mainly on Instrumentation and Electrical Equipment.
2. Stay updated on market conditions and identify project sales opportunities for TPS solutions.
3. Update on sales presentations, customer engagement, follow-ups, tenders, and order book status.
4. Monitor payment schedules, invoicing, and liaise with the Accounts Department on project payments.
5. Prepare proposals, execute purchase orders, monitor project progress and delivery schedules, and coordinate project information flow between principals and clients.
6. Support offshore and onshore installation works.
7. Provide technical procurement support for spare parts and source CAT and Non-CAT equipment.
8. Handle field services, installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
9. Review electrical engineering drawings and design electrical and instrumentation installation systems.
10. Create electrical installation details, one-line diagrams, panel layouts, cable, and consumer lists.
11. Gather information to complete drawings, layouts, and designs, including technical specifications.
12. Support multidisciplinary teams on E&I matters.
13. Develop best practice procedures for E&I development.
14. Create and maintain formal documents ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
