Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in [industry/project type].
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera.
• Strong technical knowledge and safety/regulations awareness.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.
• Professional certification (PE, P.Eng, or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Supervise and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and contractors for technical matters.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical reports to management.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation for engineering tasks.
• Identify technical issues on-site or in design and propose effective solutions.
