Job summary

Johnson Matthey in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to secure and manage end-user environments, joining a world leader in sustainable metals. You will work on endpoint management, automation, and collaboration with architecture teams to ensure security and governance standards are met.

The role requires learning new technologies, participating in knowledge sharing, and supporting incident resolution to meet XLA standards.

Qualifications

• Experience securing and managing enterprise endpoint environments.
• Ability to automate workflows and integrate APIs to improve operations.
• Strong data analysis skills using Power BI, M365 tools and related platforms.

Job title: Senior Endpoint Engineer Location: Kuala Lumpur

Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life‑saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.

The role

• Securing the environment through use of control mechanism and periodic update/patching activities.
• Reimagining the end user endpoint management environment.
• Collaborating with the architecture teams to support them with designing solutions ensuring that security and governance standards are implemented.
• Improving ways of working by realigning processes and implementing automation.
• Ensuring knowledge distribution in the team through use of workshops and documentation.
• Driving results with incident resolution and request fulfilment by meeting XLA standards.
• Having the thirst of learning something new.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role

• Endpoint Management – Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Dell Management Portal, WSUS, SQL Database, AVD, Entra
• Process Automation – Power Automate, Powershell, API integration
• Productivity and Data analysis – PowerBI, M365, Copilot
• Communication – Driving collaboration between different team and stakeholders across JM
• Flexibility on learning new technology stack

You will be required to be able to operate in rotation for EMEA hours.
