Job summary

Oppstar Technology is seeking a Staff / Senior / Junior Firmware Engineer to develop and optimize low-level firmware for CPU, GPU, Data Fabric, HSIO and related subsystems. You will collaborate with hardware and architecture teams across the product lifecycle, from pre-silicon bring-up to post-silicon validation, applying strong C programming skills and a solid understanding of computer architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent with 1+ year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Firmware development and feature enablement for pre/post-silicon support.
• Define firmware scope with architects to meet milestones.
• Provide debug support in emulation, simulation, and post-silicon environments.
• Coordinate with distributed teams to ensure quality and timely firmware lifecycle.
• Possess strong organization and self-starting collaboration.
• Work in fast-paced environments.
