Job summary

RecruitFirst seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Lead for our Data Centre operations. You will oversee electrical systems, power distribution, and backup power readiness, ensuring uptime and safety across 24/7 operations.

The role requires a Professional B0 chargeman Certificate and a minimum of 10 years in electrical maintenance within critical infrastructure, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold Professional B0 chargeman Certificate.
• At least 10 years of electrical maintenance/management experience in critical infra.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting and large-scale system monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, generators, UPS, and PDUs.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain electrical systems in the Data Centre.
• Perform routine checks and troubleshoot faults promptly.
• Oversee testing/maintenance of generators and UPS for readiness.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain records & audits.
