Job Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to handover, including preparing drawings, BIM models, specifications, tender and construction information.
• Monitor works in production and coordinate with clients, contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Collaborate as a competent design professional within a project team.
• Define, record, and maintain project brief information from clients and relevant parties to determine design inputs.
• Prepare feasibility studies, building services strategy documents, fee proposals, and briefing documents as needed.
• Prepare tender information, including service layouts, schematics, and accompanying documents.
• Develop detailed designs and construction details for projects, buildings, elements, or components, utilizing BIM models where practical.
• Communicate proposed solutions clearly to team members and clients.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Master from a recognized university by BEM, PE, or certifications in Data Centre.
• Experience in HV projects from 33kV onwards (up to 275kV).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; senior engineers will be considered.
