Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Responsibilities include design, development, and testing of electrical systems.
• Ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and implementation of technical solutions across domains.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers.
• Review customer requirements and provide feedback.
• Lead deployment of strategic programs and coordinate site-wide efforts.
• Promote industry best practices.
• Design, modify and implement systems meeting customer and Celestica needs (schematics, BOMs, drawings).
• Testing, simulation and measurement of system performance.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Analyze and interpret data to recommend modifications.
• Create reports and documentation.
