Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design principles and schemes, and the review of compliance with the requirement of the contract and standard specifications.
- Guide design work and solve technical problems in design.
- Review and prepare design standardization documents.
- Design & Drafting for Electrical drawings.
- Review & responsible for the selection and design of electrical parts.
- Review & responsible for the design of electrical drawings.
- Familiar with electrical industry standards.
- Responsible for the design of and submitted construction documents for Electrical.
- Involved in Electrical design, selection, calculation, explosion-proof, grounding, power distribution, etc.
- To support fabrication team by advising & supervise on the Electrical installation.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior Electrical engineers and other team members on design best practices and technical challenges.
- Review Electrical, red mark-up, as-built drawing, design clash determination.
- Lead the preparation of Material Take-Off (MTO), cost estimates, and assist in project bidding and estimation processes.
- Develop and review Material Take-Off (MTO) and specifications for procurement purposes.
- Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and provide updates to clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
- To perform any other related duties that may be assigned by your immediate superior/management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering or a closely related field is essential.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience in electrical and instrumentation system design, control system integration, field installation, testing, commissioning, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Expertise in electrical, hazardous area classification, international standards (IEC, NEC, ISA), and strong skills in technical leadership, multi-discipline coordination, problem-solving, and project execution from design to commissioning.
- Possess strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, adaptability, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while ensuring safety, quality, and project success.
