Job summary

A leading electronics company based in Penang is looking for a skilled professional to lead RFQ and technical assessments in the Design & Development of innovative audio/video/smart device products. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in Cadence OrCad and the ability to travel internationally. Effective communication in English and Mandarin is essential to engage with clients.

Qualifications

• Preferably at least 5 years of working experience in Design & Development of Audio/Video/Smart Device Products.
• Able to travel abroad (China, Vietnam, Europe, US, India, Japan).

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ and new assessments, organize technical feasibility reviews.
• Organize product demand analysis and outline design plans.

Job Descriptions:

1)Lead RFQ and new assessments, organize technical feasibility reviews.

2)Organize or guide relevant personnel to conduct product demand analysis and outline design, and output outline design plans and design materials.

3）Take on technical research and solve difficult problems in this professional field during product development.

4）Participate in product technology planning/technical pre-research, participate in department standardization projects, and participate in department competitiveness projects.

5）Organize the establishment of design specifications; assist supervisors in training and improving the capabilities of existing engineers, and timely summarize and consolidate the application of daily work.

6）Complete other tasks assigned by the leader, guide subordinates, and help employees grow.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronics/Electronics/Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Preferablyat least 5 yearsof working experience in Design & Development of Audio/Video/Smart Device Products.
• Experience in Cadence OrCad and familiar with EE/RF/thermal simulation tools.
• Able to travel abroad: China, Vietnam, Europe, US, India and Japan.
• Language: English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (read and speak).
