Job summary

Bizlink Group in Malaysia seeks an EHS Specialist to develop and maintain EHS policies, ensure compliance with legal and customer requirements, lead hazard identifications and risk assessments, and drive incident investigations with corrective actions.

The role also covers contractor safety, emergency preparedness, audits, and fostering a strong safety culture across operations. A degree in safety/health or related field and Green Book SHO are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Degree in safety & health, sciences, environmental, or engineering studies.
• Green Book holder; SHO is a must.
• Knowledge of Malaysian EHS laws and ISO 14001/ISO 45001.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and ISO-compliant systems.
• Ensure full compliance with legal, customer, and company EHS requirements.
• Lead hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRADC).
• Lead incident & accident investigation and root cause analysis, together with implementation of improvement plans.
• Oversee contractor safety and chemical management, Emergency Preparedness.
• Plan and conduct emergency drills and business continuity exercises.
• Lead EHS inspections, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
• Promote a strong safety and health culture across the organization.
• Lead EHS projects and provide technical support to operations and engineering.
• Plantwide Security Management.
