Job summary

SD Guthrie Berhad is seeking an Education Programme Manager to drive scholarship administration, education initiatives and community development across the Foundation. You will coordinate needs assessments, monitor outcomes and ensure effective governance, reporting and budget adherence.

The role involves managing partnerships with universities, schools and public agencies, and delivering impact through education and research grant programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, social sciences or related fields.
• Experience in education programme management, CSR or philanthropy is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple programmes with strong tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement education-focused programmes aligned with Foundation priorities.
• Manage scholarship and bursary administration from application to alumni engagement.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, schools, NGOs and government agencies.
• Develop KPIs, monitor outcomes, and prepare governance reports and dashboards.
