Job summary

Accenture Malaysia is seeking an experienced Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant to design, implement, and support EAM solutions for asset-intensive clients. You will translate maintenance processes into scalable configurations and integrations that drive reliability and efficiency.

The role requires 4+ years hands-on EAM platform experience, strong problem-solving, and effective stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced consulting environment based in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more EAM platforms: SAP S/4HANA EAM, Hexagon EAM, IBM Maximo, or Oracle EAM.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Facilities Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of EAM solutions (SAP, Hexagon, Maximo, or Oracle).
• Gather, analyze, and validate requirements with business stakeholders.
• Configure and customize the EAM platform based on processes and best practices.
• Develop and test integrations, reports, and other components (RICEFW or equivalents).
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption.
