We’re looking for a Senior E-commerce Marketing Manager to take ownership of day-to-day e-commerce execution across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role where you’ll ensure every campaign, product launch, and platform update is executed flawlessly and drives measurable results.
You’ll lead the rollout of new campaigns, track performance data, and run ongoing split-tests across our D2C website & funnels to improve conversion rates. Part of your mission will be growing our marketplace presence – scaling Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop into major revenue channels through consistent optimization.

Oversee and optimize ErgoLab’s marketplace storefronts – including listings, pricing, bundles, and promotional setup.
Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, mega sales, and product launches to drive GMV and conversion.
Coordinate with creative and media teams to ensure all assets, banners, and ad creatives are localized and uploaded on time.
Monitor performance (CTR, CVR, AOV, ROAS) and provide actionable insights to improve sales and profitability.
Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify stores (Malaysia & Thailand), ensuring all products, collections, and upsells are accurate and optimized.
Launch new campaigns and promotions – coordinating timing, assets, and tracking.
Upload and test new advertorials, landing pages, and sales funnels to improve CVR and AOV.
Run ongoing A/B split-tests on pages, offers, and creatives (training and frameworks provided).
Track campaign data to identify winning angles, best-performing pages, and opportunities to scale.
Maintain weekly reports summarizing performance for each Hero SKUs – including sales, ROAS, conversion rate, and top-performing creatives.
Provide clear insights into what’s working (angles, ads, funnels) and where improvements are needed.
