Job description

Manage and optimize product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.

Monitor platform performance analytics and implement data-driven improvements.

Plan and execute monthly campaigns, discount vouchers, and promotional activities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and align promotional strategies with business goals.

Analyze campaign results and continuously optimize for higher conversion and ROI.

Stock Purchasing & Inventory Coordination

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and plan replenishment cycles.

Accountable for purchasing and replenishing stock from vendors to ensure adequate inventory and avoid stockouts.

Work closely with suppliers to ensure smooth and cost-effective inventory management.

Team Supervision – Customer Service & Live Host

Lead and manage the performance of the Customer Service Executive and Live Host.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring service quality, response standards, and live stream professionalism.

Provide guidance, resolve team issues, and help team members achieve their targets.

Conduct regular market and competitor analysis, including pricing strategies and product offerings.

Stay updated with industry trends, consumer preferences, and e-commerce innovations.

Recommend new products or improvements based on insights.

Content Development & Marketing Support

Support the creation of engaging product content including descriptions, images, and marketing visuals.

Work closely with the marketing team to enhance live stream and social media promotions.

Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and is optimized for conversions.

Live Stream Setup & Host Coaching

Assist in setting up live stream scenes, ensuring technical readiness and attractive product presentation.

Coach and guide live hosts on pitching techniques, product knowledge, and audience engagement.

Evaluate live stream effectiveness and implement improvement strategies.

Use the TikPai system to mass-reach TikTok affiliates (up to 500 at a time).

Develop and execute a structured follow-up flow, including affiliate negotiation, onboarding, and communication.

Coordinate sample deliveries to interested affiliates and follow up to ensure content creation and posting.

Ensure affiliates correctly tag and include our brand identifier ("Beg Kuning") in their videos.

Identify high-performing affiliates and collaborate with them to run TikTok Ads for enhanced visibility and conversion.

Performance Ads Management

Accountable for launching and optimizing paid ads on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

Monitor ad performance regularly and adjust targeting, creatives, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with sales objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online retail operations.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) and their ecosystem.

Experience in planning and executing online sales campaigns and promotions.

Proficiency in data analysis, digital marketing tools, and content management systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
