Job title – Senior Director, TTH HRBP, Asia

Location – Singapore

The Strategic HR Business Partner for TTH Asia plays a critical role in partnering with the Executive Teams of China and APAC to align people strategies with business objectives and drive sustainable growth. This role will collaborate closely with senior leadership to cultivate a high-performance culture, develop key capabilities, and strengthen the talent pipeline. With a focus on strategic HR initiatives, the role will also support business success through performance enablement, capability building, and employee retention.

Your key responsibilities

· Strategic HR partner for TTH China and APAC, supporting Senior Leaders in these locations and their Leadership Teams

· Leads engagement, change, org effectiveness and cultural transformation

· Advises and leads organization design and efficient ways of working

· Challenges, coaches and supports executives and their leadership teams

· Drives a culture of skill-based learning to impact business performance and talent growth and retention

· Works closely with local BU TTH HR Directors in China and APAC to achieve people agenda

You bring

· Minimum 10 years of experience in senior HR roles or similar disciplines; Masters degree a plus

· Strong business and financial acumen and curiosity and willingness to continuously learn

· Strong international experience and mindset based on having held global or regional roles and having HR specialist and generalist experience

· Experience in driving a transformational change in a global, complex and matrixed environment

· Strategic, big picture thinker who can also execute with excellence

· Ability to coach and influence others through trust, courage and constructive challenge
