Job description

As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of our regional marketing team. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

This is a role where you will be building practices and processes from the ground up. We are looking for someone who is excited about creating and implementing new strategies, rather than maintaining existing ones. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital future, driving growth, and elevating our brand to new heights within the preventive healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Strategies: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support company objectives and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  2. Content Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal marketing and external agencies, to create and optimize digital content across various channels, including social media, website, email, and advertising.
  3. Campaign Management: Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Google, YouTube, making necessary adjustments to improve performance.
  4. Analytics and Optimization: Utilize advanced analytical platforms & tools for data analysis and insights, monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  5. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools and technologies. Evaluate their potential benefits and recommend new tools that can enhance the company's digital marketing effectiveness.
  6. Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing managers, providing direction, support, and performance evaluations. Foster a creative and collaborative environment where innovative ideas are encouraged, and cross-functional collaboration is valued.
  7. Reporting: Prepare monthly reports detailing key performance indicators and outcomes, utilizing easily understood formats. Based on these insights, assess ROI and make informed decisions on resource allocation to drive success and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Master’s or Doctorate) are advantageous, but practical experience is highly valued.
  2. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of marketing experience, with minimum 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience effectively managing digital budgets and allocating resources for maximum impact, cost efficiency, and return on investment.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Strong track record in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media platforms, SEO, SEM, content and email marketing.
  5. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital marketing discipline and industry trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
