A Senior Digital Marketing Executive plans, manages and oversees all aspects of a digital marketing campaign to effectively promote the brand’s product. Their duties include planning a digital campaign, delegating responsibilities to the marketing team, and measuring the performance analytics of a campaign.

Responsibilities of Senior Digital Marketing Executive

• Manage all digital marketing channels, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
• Plan, create marketing & multimedia content and drive qualified online traffic and engagement by using effective techniques.
• Strategic planning, budgeting, and operation of social media platforms.
• Preferably having experience in setting up and managing on different social media platforms (such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and forums.
• Execute, track, and assess the effectiveness of performance marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about new trends in digital marketing and evaluate new marketing techniques to drive sales performance and increase brand awareness.
• Generate campaign reports with in-depth analysis; analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
• Handle other assigned marketing tasks by the superior.

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

• Oversee all marketing campaigns of the company.
• Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns, coordinating with other members of the team and other departments to produce effective strategies.
• Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
• Monitor current campaigns, ensuring the team meets deadlines and completes necessary tasks.
• Analyze data on a regular basis to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Marketing Specialist, or a similar role in the Marketing Department.
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
• Good teamwork skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, networking ability, adaptability, good organization and planning skills, creative writing skills, and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
