Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support a rapidly expanding FinTech company.

Location: KL, Malaysia

You will be joining a young and dynamic team of marketing professionals, where you'll have the opportunity to get involved in many aspects of digital marketing, from overall strategizing to execution.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will focus on conceptualizing and strategizing campaigns to generate leads from multiple digital channels to our workshops. Leverage data to identify opportunities to improve performance and ROI of campaigns.

What you will be doing:

• Understand the core concept of Direct Response Marketing in 3 main areas: Message, Market, and Media. ROI driven.
• Work out online marketing strategies, methods, and tools to promote and effectively market and sell the company’s products and services to the target audience via a variety of media platforms such as social media (Facebook, etc.), Google, traditional & unconventional media.
• Work closely with the Education, Business Development, and Membership divisions implementing various strategies and methods to effectively reach out to different target audiences, thereby generating a great ROI on marketing dollars spent.
• Provide on-the-ground support for various events with Business Development.

What you need to have:

• More than 2 years of digital marketing experience, managing Pay Per Click and Affiliate programs (preferable).
• Preferably 2 years of investing experience in the equity market.
• Strong persuasive copywriting skills preferred to influence positive behavior.
• Out-of-the-box thinker always seeking a better way to achieve sustainable results.
• Competent with using Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, AdWords, and any other PPC platforms.
• Strong understanding of lead generation fundamentals, strategies, and best practices.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
• Fast learner who can achieve power-status.
