Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced DevOps / Operations Engineer to manage cloud-native infrastructure, AI platforms, and databases. You will handle Kubernetes cluster operations, automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud-native environments.
Hands-on experience deploying and operating Kubernetes in production.
Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, or Go.
Experience supporting AI/ML platforms or related infrastructure.
Strong Linux, networking, and cloud-native tech skills.

Responsibilities

Deploy, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and containerized apps for production availability.
Develop automation scripts and internal tools using Python, Java, or Go.
Administer and maintain database systems with performance tuning, backups, and recovery.
Build and enhance observability platforms (logging, metrics, monitoring, alerting).
Collaborate with software teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Perform daily health checks, incidents RCA, and implement preventive improvements.
