Job Description

1. Develop and present detailed design concepts, including floor plans, flow layout, color schemes, material selection, and 3D visuals.
2. Collaborate closely with Sales & business partners to understand client needs, budget limitations, and spatial constraints.
3. Participate in client meetings to present design proposals and support the sales process, ensuring practicality and alignment with site conditions.
4. Assist in preparing shop drawings for customized furniture elements and coordinate with the procurement team for furniture and fixture selection.
5. Contribute to final project presentations, ensuring the design intent is clearly communicated and professionally delivered.

Salary: 6000~8000 (RM)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in interior design, preferably in the office furniture or design and build industry.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max) and PowerPoint.
• Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to balance creativity and practicality.
