Qualifications

• 15+ years of Accounting/Finance operations experience
• At least 5+ years in leadership
• Familiar with RTR, PTP, OTC finance BPO operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
• Analytical mindset with data analysis proficiency
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapts to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Ensure scope, timeline, risk and quality management per Accenture delivery principles, policies and standards
• Establish strong client relationships and client-centric delivery
• Build/engage high-performance teams across locations with clear expectations
• Pursue delivery innovations using industry/domain acumen
• Drive follow-on work through up-selling and cross-selling
• Bring the best of Accenture to client priorities by pulling in experts and solutions
